Shipping: Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If after 5 working days your item still has not arrived, please regularly check at your local sorting office as it may be too big to fit through most letter boxes, they should leave a card but sometimes do not. How to return goods: Please contact us detailing the reason for the return, whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement and where applicable a full description of the fault and any correspondence you have had with the manufacturer to resolve your issue. We will contact you with a Returns Form (simply a text email) which will need to be completed, printed and included with your return when sending. Please ensure that your item is packaged suitably for transit and that you display the returns address and if applicable the Freepost Code clearly on the exterior. Important: once we have issued a Returns Form number, it is only valid for 14 DAYS. If we have not received the goods back after 14 days, the Return will no longer be valid. It is therefore important that you send the goods back within 14 days of the returns form being issued.
